Printed items in unused condition may be returned within 30 days of placing order for full refund (flashcards must be in original shrink-wrap, books with no markings or obvious wear). If you have problems with installation, please call us at 800-627-9030 for assistance. If a product is defective or is delivered in damaged condition, please report it to us immediately. We will replace any defective or damaged product with the identical item that you ordered if notified within 30 days of placing your order and after you return the damaged item.
